Does PaperSave work on a Network?

PaperSave is designed to work on a single desktop, in a workgroup or across a network.

How many documents I can save?

You can save an unlimited number of documents for any record. The number of documents is only limited to your available hard disk space.

Are there levels of security?

PaperSave inherits security settings from Microsoft Office Accounting 2007. Documents can be added and viewed if a user has access to a record within Microsoft Office Accounting 2007. Additional document security can be applied via PaperSave through Windows user groups.

What type of files are saved?

Scanned files are saved as TIFFs. Users can also save PDF, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HTML, JPG, GIF, & PNG files.

Is PaperSave Vista compatible?

Yes, PaperSavePlus is now fully compatible with Windows Vista.

What do I need to know about Microsoft SQL Express Database?

A free version of MS SQL Express is included with each copy of PaperSave. SQL Express can hold up to 4GB of data. This will hold approximately 20,000 black and white images scanned at 200 dpi. This is sufficient for most small businesses for a number of years. A runtime license of SQL with no space limitations is available from PaperSave. Please call 877-Paper-99 for details.

How can I view a demo? Is a trial version available?
