INTEGRATION WTIH USER SECURITY
PaperSavePlus inherits user security from Microsoft Office Accounting 2007. As such, a Microsoft Office Accounting 2007 user who can access an accounts payable record but cannot access a payroll record can only add or view documents to a accounts payable record but cannot add or view documents to the associated payroll record.
CONFIGURABLE DOCUMENT SECURITY
Additional PaperSavePlus user security can also be defined to control users from viewing or adding specific types of documents. Additional user security is configurable and is based on Window’s user setup. |
