PaperSavePlus is compatible with the following versions of QuickBooks:

U.S.: Pro and Premier 2006-2012, Enterprise 6.0-12.0

UK: Pro and Premier 2008

Canada: Pro, Premier and Enterprise 2009 - 2010

Australia: Pro, Premier and Enterprise 2009/10 QBi series

PaperSavePlus is compatible with U.S. versions of QuickBooks using multi-currency features.

PaperSavePlus is not compatible with multi-currency international versions of QuickBooks or QuickBooks on-line edition.

Scanners
TWAIN compatible scanners and Fujitsu ScanSnap scanners can be used with PaperSavePlus.

The PaperSavePlus database can save approximately 60,000 black-and white scanned pages with 4 GB of available hard-disk space. (Hard-disk usage will vary depending on configuration and type of document or image. Scanning in black and white at 300 dpi will amount to about 60,000 scanned pages saved as PDFs; custom installation choices might require more or less hard-disk space).

SQL Database Size Specifications
PaperSavePlus for QuickBooks® comes with Microsoft SQL Express— database size is limited to 4 GB. An upgrade to Microsoft SQL Server Standard edition (versions 2000, 2005 and 2008 including 64-bit) has no database size limitation.
