You no longer need to send a hard copy of your invoice around the office for approval by managers or project leaders. With the Premium Edition, documents can be scanned into a workflow queue and then the scanned document can be approved before being entered into QuickBooks.

Here's how it works:

1. Scan documents into secure workflow queues for approvers to review. PaperSavePlus Premium Edition’s workflow queues can also receive scanned documents from remote locations as well as from Outlook, Microsoft Office or an electronic fax.

2. Managers receive an email notification that they have documents to approve. They can approve the document, send it to another person and make notes on the document. With everything conveniently located on the desktop, the approver can focus on the task at hand.

3. Upon approval, documents are immediately available for data entry into QuickBooks. During data entry, documents are attached to the QuickBooks record eliminating the mundane and time consuming task of filing in a filing cabinet.
